Anyway when i ring my provider i get ""Hello welcome to (Provider name here) then i tap ""0"" ""0"" ""0"" PLEASE WAIT. . . . . . .ring. . . ring. . . ring.""Hello this is such n such how can i help you?"". the call takes up to 7 minutes and what i called for gets done. Sorry to see your having problems. If you switched on your unlocked cell with an O2 UK sim card in it, what network would you be roaming on in your state??
The rpoblem is the publis calls and gets a rep in the phillipines , than with out telling you they transfer you to a customer service rep in Guam. Since niether are trained properly they transfewr yo to the us then you speak to a rep andf they know alittle more but not enough to help, then you go to A tss well they are trained but if have a any phone that has touch or windows you go to ats then you still have to speak to a sup because you are pissed about being on the phone for a hour.
sprint sucks...they take forever to deliver, charge you for things u shouldnt be charged for like we're some kinda idiots, and customer service sucks bad.

Sprint have the worst customer service of all carriers out there!
Their employees make up the rules from person to person. Plus they hang up on customers. Good luck ever getting the same person twice!
