This is off Andy's hit album, "Happy Heart", produced by Jerry Fuller. At around this time, Fuller was producing Gary Puckett and the Union Gap, Mark Lindsay when he embarked on a solo career, and O.C. Smith. Andy's pretty cover of "Here, There and Everywhere" has a fresh, energetic instrumentation and mix characteristic of Fuller's other productions -- which worked quite well for Andy.
