Watched segment on CNN yesterday, confirms importance of getting news from more than one source. She was 26 (not 16) and the man with her is her teacher. Well. . .I'm a film director as well as an instructor of mediated political reality. I have no immediate connection with the events in Iran (though I do hope there is change not only in the Presidency, but in the absolute rule of the Supreme Cleric).

Watched segment on CNN yesterday, confirms importance of getting news from more than one source. She was 26 (not 16) and the man with her is her teacher. I posted yesterday to one "author" it would be respectful to remove the video-foolish of me since there are at least a few dozen copies on youtube alone, some authors altering info to inspire more fervor..ie lowering her age and having her dying in the arms of her beloved father. Using her violent last moments like this is rather in bad taste.

People should not be afraid of their governments. It is governments who should be afraid of their people.The Iranian people needed a face (Neda) to put in front of their struggle against their corrupt and degenerate leaders. Greece did the same in December 2008 after the murder of a 15 year old boy (Alexis).

As horrible this is, at least she died doing something she believes in. Her death was a senseless act of violence, but she will always be remembered for dying for her country. No, other nations should NOT step in. This is something they need to fight for, Freedom isn't handed out, you have to demand it. I'm glad our forefathers were ahead of their time, otherwise we wouldn't have all that we do. You get masses of people pissed off enough, anything is possible. Good for them.
