Those contact lenses were obviously making Ollie Reed's eyes water in the opening credits, it looks as if he's crying.That works though cos the werewolf in this Hammer classic is a tragic character.

PEACE: The opening eye-ball scene gave me serious nightmares when I first saw it. Still looking to get my own copy ~ ask me why...I dunno. Just love the movie!!! Hammer's best!!!

I really appreciate the time you took to upload this, I do like this version, Oliver Reed was such a moody,broody actor, he should have been in The Cry of the Banshee instead of Patrick Mower, in my opinion.

@Sp33dWave1 Very good! I'm embarrassed to say that I hadn't noticed. Of course, the Marquis is played by Anthony Dawson, who was Prof. Dent from Dr. No and also was the body of Blofeld (a.k.a. Number One) in the early Bond films where the face was not seen. I don't think it was Dawson's voice, however, speaking the lines.
