Just because Billy is the lead singer doesn't mean that the music has to sound like Smashing Pumpkins. Zwan is a different band and their music is great in its own right. Paz is an awesome bassist. I think that ANYONE can play great music regardless of gender!!!

He doesn't think that they're good people, and before he regrouped the pumpkins he said in an interview that he hated his former band mates from Zwan and a reformation of the Pumpkins was more likely because "they're good people"

@bogeaqYT imho he's too enlightened for it to be any cheesy/stupid reasons - i honestly think for him he wants a female presence on stage (if for no other reason than to temper any sausageparty rock vibes, but probably more than that) and a certain energy behind the bass playing as a counterpoint to JC - and this seems to be women bassists he finds it in. i think it's a neat pattern, but mostly b/c i trust corgan's judgement/views to be about it for good reasons.
