Just watching these poor delusional culties breaks my heart. You don't need to follow the rantings of a mad man AKA Gurdjieff to find your purpose and meaning in life. You are sentinal and already have the answers. When you join a group like this, you are becoming a prisoner all over again. Gurdjieff said you have to know you are a prisoner to escape, but he doesn't let you escape, he makes you think you are free all the while he is ensnaring you.
Wow just by watching I can feel my vibration shift. Beautiful and sacred. Thank you for sharing this. This is hard work also to do. When I had a healing arts centre I had the Gurjieff group come to practice this dance many times and afterwards the vibration was always palpable! I love it!
Beautiful. This looks easy because each performer, performed their part very well. For anyone out there laughing at this, research into Gurdjieff's work before you punch on those keyboards.
I have been desperately searching for this music. Can anybody please tell me where it could be obtained? it seems many of gurdjieff's songs are not recorded and if anybody can help me find them, I'd appreciate it.
@whowantstogetnaked you can find it by the name of sacred dances. Irs music from the world of Osho. It might not exactly be same but same genre! Enjoy OSho
i like to listen to oshos teachings, they are very good for breaking down some of the silly ideas that people can get in/about different religions.
my master is real , yours not so real means nothing much, for one person one master to learn from is good, for another another is better for their progress, all are needed.
Looks like a roomful of california wannabe's who thought that they would be enlightened by the choreography and bargain price. Scamintology and Diahrretics cost of $85,000 was probably too much.
The letter has meaning the words formed by the letter has meaning, the combination of words have meaning. Together, expressed with a sincere reverence creates a mystical presentation, as opposed to mere choreography.
@e1m2g3 Gurdjieff wasn't a fraud, Osho was. Self-remembering, elaborating the fine substances, isn't there and the death of the ego, the "first liberation", isn't. The Osho people stole the Movements from other thieves, who still live in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Nor is this Pythagoras No. IV. So, where has it got you, Osho people, pretending that the Movements were transmitted to you?
the problem with this is that the group is choreographed to be in sync, like a BackStreet Boys video. With G. you dance on your own and when everyone "feels" it, then it is in sync. you can't force this dance, or any other Gurdjieff's dances. once everybody gets "it", it looks otherworldly. I don't know how Osho taught, it could be that the people involved are attempting to mimic what the dance should be, if so... good try.
the main difference between Osho and G. is that there seems to be some central theme or substance behind the G. movement. Osho, just like most of his followers, just seems vague in inconsequential, though nice and pretty to the eye.
What a man who really wants to understand and to be must do is separate a man from the idea and impulse. It is incredibly hard cuz masters are mostly a fine ground for mysticism and fantasy. That is almost the ultimate goal.People who cant do it still have a sindrom called "my dad is stronger then youre dad". Fight with it.
about this osho-gurdjieff polemics, let's be honest: osho read gurdjeff but never created these dances. osho just gave his ok to his followers' creations.
osho allowed almost anything his westerners followers wanted, as long as you could give some spiritual meaning to it. if his commune/ashram/resort was full of young artists and therapists, then it is not surprising that art and therapy would acquire a spiritual undertone. perhaps, this explains why gurdjieff became so popular..
Osho is what Gurdjieff refered to as a charlatan. Look at the marshmellows doing these movements like a soft honeyed dream. they consider themselves awake or what have you. What they really need to awake and stop being so naive is to get laid more often.

mimicing like a monkey VS prayer in action.

Absolutely stunning, precise, deeply moving. Inspiring a sense of stillness whilst in motion. The paradoxes come alive.

It is strange that people still are looking for comparation and critics that only reflect the emptness mirroir of oneself.
I apreciate any effort of breaking with time and trying to join infinity !
Thanks Gurdjieff, Osho and everyone undertaking such experience on oneself.

Pretty silk, but what is missing? They are fun aren't they! Easy to remember the positions, but what is missing?
A little bit too sloppy, and loose!
Can't call these Gurdjieff Dance, it is OSHO dance. What a shame to equate Osho with Gudijeff.
