Either make the rear end extremely stiff and spine breaking with basically solid suspension so there is less weight shifting to the rear or add a wheelie bar which extends much further than the rear wheelbase and does the same thing without making it nearly undrivable.

the reason for the wheelie bar on the back of a front wheel drive car is to keep the front wheels planted on the launch. Like a spring effect, with no wheelie bar the front wheels would spring up a lot more cause of the up force the torque curve is administrating on the launch.
