For someone who works in a professional bakery, this cake is very sloppy.. I am not referring to the off-set tiers, but the way too thick scroll work. And using a star tip for vine work?? Ykes!!

You can get them at any cake store, craft store, and sometimes the grocery store =) You can also make one out of parchment paper =)
