@CBasie2856 I agree 100%. It's not part of our culture, but insect protein provides all the complexity of animal protein and, unlike meat, is extremely easy to digest and producing it has no environmental impact.. I heard of a company making insect burgers.Hope it catches on :)
Fresh fruits and vegtables (and nuts) are great. However where do you get your fat soluble vitamins (like A, D) from? Those you can only get from animal products like eggs, raw dairy etc. All vegans have a deficiency in these vitamins (also B12). So in my opinion a raw vegan diet is a good cleansing diet, but for long term it creates deficiency in your body and is not healthy. Would like to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks!
you are better off just eating insects. That's what the primates do anyways.
They rarely, if even at all, eat meat. Most of their consumption of animal products is insects, which is actually a very small percentage of their diet.
If you want to be healthy though, you want a high plant carb, low animal product diet(only insects really)
Most people who fall on to the high fat paleo diet have low amounts of energy due to their low intake of carbs, or get fat within 30 years.
@MirTube4u Vitamin D (which really is a hormone) is produced by the skin when exposed to the sun. I personally take vit D supplements because here in Ireland there isn't enough sunshine. Vitamin A can be gotten from carrots and other foods.
Studies from as early as 1930s did demonstrate that b12 deficiencies were not more common among vegetarians than meat-eaters.
@wrestlingfan928 lmao when i saw this vid on the thumbnail i thought the exact same thing....im guessin you were actually lookin for wwe raw and this was oneof the results?
I buy organic frozen strawberries and blueberries. Are you saying that these things are not good because they are in a bag. I read that frozen blueberries are better frozen because they are frozen right away which keeps the nutrition, when they sit they lose their nutrient value.
99% of raw veganism is great. Add organic eggs and some organ meats here and there.

@fyafyta13
why eggs and meat?
how about insects. Insects have more protein and good fats then a piece of liver!!!!

@MirTube4u "All vegans have a deficiency in these vitamins"
not IMHO vit A; present in green leafy's , squash, broccoli, fruits.. and such
Vit D = shrooms, sunshine, whole rice, nuts, pulses, fruits..
B12 - perhaps spuds, yeasts, fruits, nuts, pulses etc
am working to keep well and strong. following road crash some years bk.
ditching meat/ dairy has been quite probably one of the best things ever I did for health.
am aiming to go fully raw though live in colder climes
luck.

@rawcrave Anything frozen has had all its enzymes destroyed, so its not raw.
