I understand the flaws in Romneycare, but Mitt's record overall has been more pro-free market than Palin's. In a liberal state, Mitt Romney refused to raise taxes and he cut spending and turned a deficit into a surplus. Palin, on the other hand, signed a tax increase on oil companies in Alaska. During Romney's term, state spending increased by 2.8%. Under Palin, in just 2.5 years, spending rose 30%. So, there is more that just health care to compare the two on.

Long ago, I was a luke-warm supporter of his...until I learned the truth about his multitude of positions on so many subjects. I just can't bring myself to vote for or support such a fraud & I don't understand what type of personal make-up one must have to support him. I don't get it. Please explain. Thanks

My friend now considers herself "almost" a conservative but more of a moderate. She is backing Sarah all the way! I do like MIchelle and Herman. I met Herman two weeks ago at the Repub convention in Macon, Ga. and talked with him. He is awesome! Like Mitt said, "Anybody on that stage would be a better president that Obama!" I agree, so let's settle in and wait to see who actually is our candidate and then we will have to fight tooth and nail to get him or her elected. GO SARAH!

I'd really like to campaign for whomever winds up being "our candidate," even if only online. I really hope it's someone that I can believe in, like Sarah. I want the defeat of BO to be a complete rebuke of liberal policies.

She was a former Hillary supporter and a liberal Dem. We weren't campaignig for McCain who is very much a Rhino but for Sarah. Bachmann and Palin energize the same Americans and collectively they hold more support than Mitt Romney. Consider the fact that the liberal media praised McCain in 2008 until he won the primary.
