we have a herd of non-shelter, pure breed dogs.

We never get any of them fixed or cut, (but we always cut their ears, tails, and dew claws when they are too old and give them no kind of pain killers), we let them reproduce all they want and we leave all their cages open so they can run around biting and pooping as much as they want

We keep each dog in the trunk without air, water or food for three days, then we rotate to another one

Love how the license plate auto changes so the zombies can't track you. I agree that the blunts and sharps don't run out of ammo, but they cause a lot of splatter, and we all no splatter spreads the infection. Besides, calories are kind of lime ammo and without those, the sharps and blunts become useless! I'll be carrying plenty of MRES, and sharp/blunt weapons right next to you!

Great kit, but one flaw. That vehicle is totally unacceptable for surviving a zombie apocalypse. It can't go off road if necessary and it can't push abandoned cars out of the way... nor does it have alot of storage space.

(and to be honest it's not what I'd expect to see the average gun enthusiast driving, either)

@fuyingbro I guarantee your silverado has a bigger tank, so it probably has more range to be honest.... 16 mpg with a 25 gallon tank is only slightly shorter range than 30 mpg with a 15 gallon tank (guesstimating on all figures here). I'd say the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. Install a second tank and you'll be outlasting anything else on the road. Gas would be free so just base it off how much of it you can carry.

IMO Item #1 to survive the inevitable zombie invasion is the ability to drive to a truly remote location and wait it out. All the rest of the gear is to get me there, allow me to survive long enough to wait out the worst of it, and defend my position.

At the very least an AWD, preferably a real 4x4.

@desertkoi Definitely, and if it doesn't have a V8 (or bigger....) I don't want anything to do with it. I think any HD pickup with extended cab and extended bed, gas engine (diesel is too scarce) and 4WD is the only way to go. Probably want a grill guard too, for removing blockages in the road. I've always wanted a nice luxury car, but in a zombie apocalypse I can't say I'd consider taking an abandoned one haha

@desertfox2020 i totally agree with the v8 thing. when i was looking for a truck i first looked at small 4/6 bagger ones then i found out that my silveraldo got pretty damn close gas to them. so why not get the big boy. extended cab with 8' bed four front spot lights and 2 on roll bar facing foward and 2 facing backward. i bright up the night to say the least. LOL i towed a 4000lb van a couple days ago 240 miles through 25 mph curvy roads going up hill and 3 really steep hills and no probs.

@fuyingbro yeah, the smaller engines have to work so hard that not only is the mileage the same, they wear out faster. I never want anything with an engine smaller than 8 cylinders regardless of gas prices. After driving my mom's ford contour which is a 4 cyl and barely does 35 up a hill...not interested. I prefer trucks of course but if I MUST drive a car, it's going to have a V8 or bigger anyway. Charger, Mustang, maybe even an Audi S8 (V10) if I have to have a sedan.
