I have that same exact noise and i have no idea what it is either. I've been looking it up for a while, everything i find says its the CCTL but i replaced that with a manual ape one. I know this video is a bit old, but if u figured it out let me know.
it sounds like a resonance on the bike. i doubt it's something internal. check all fasteners/bolts/heat shields/etc. sound slike a thin piece of metal vibrating on another piece of metal.

Hmmmm...... why don't you try it again, but take off all the keys and keys holder, they also seem to rattle
