i hate when other snakes eat rodents i have a hamster my self when i wached this i was saying "please move, please move".when the snake striked i sated crying.
Owning him was never about being 'daring' or 'different' or attention. I didnt tell people I had him, he wasnt about fitting in with a crowed or what ever it is that gets people into dangerous animals.... he was an accident of sorts, and it was his responses to me that made him stand out as more then some nasty vicious dangerous blood thirsty killer... He quite literally showed me these snakes Think, Want, Need, and Feel- just like Any other Animal... he taught me respect of a different kind

He hit sexual maturity and became a little moody, I also became 'sick' and couldnt take him out to play any more, which Really ticked him off. he watched me go, head up off the ground the whole way. he would go a lil ways & come back to my lap until I had to walk away. I cried. he knew it was goodbye. I miss my companion Alot. Maybe He was just a Very Special snake.

You know, I see so many users throwing out insults on these type of videos. What exactly is so cruel and wrong about a snake doing what it does...naturally? The only problem I've had, morally, with keeping snakes is the fact that they are kept in cages. I love how these tofu fartin' fucking hippies will get on here and talk shit, and then go to a ZOO! God forbid you keep a snake...and god forbid you actually feed it! What a bunch of morons. Sorry. Love the video!

If you come upon a rattlesnake where you hunt, simply walk around it, it'll want nothing but to get out of your way. No reason to kill it unless you're somehow literally cornered by it. And I have a hard time seeing how that can happen.
When I got Cleo, it was 2 raise him 2 be a hat band, but I got attached to him. Ive always preferred wild snakes as they show more personality, move more. They r more interactive with you over 'just there'. Alot of my love and Respect for Cleo has 2 do with how much he communicates. He tells me when hes angry, hungry, lonely, curious,& shows a need and respect of me. Hes shown me how amazing his species is. Snakes r like elephants, they never forget whats been done 2 them, good or bad.

Well, I don't reach into the tank and just grab him. I use a hook to pick him up so as not to surprise him. But I do hold him like u do boas, he hates the feel of hair on his head tho. I let him out around my room to explore as well. He will often come out on his own to me. I rub my thumb and fingers together like you do to a cat, and he comes to it, even from across the room to me. Dunno when or how that started tho. I think its just something about the movement he responds to.

@AngelusDaemonus He has fantastic markings and I agree snakes can feel just any animal just because there not fuzzy, My rainbow boa would be all over me if i was gone for more then a few days my friend has a Tegu it will crawl into his lap and want held myself I would never own a venomous or handle one too many waht ifs but he looks amazing. p.s How is Mr/Ms Cleo
