This video has helped me make up my mind on my next amp. Legacy all the way. I love it's clarity and warmth. It sounds warm, yet full of harmonics and a nice smooth bite. Throw an overdrive pedal in front of this amps gain channel and it shreds!

have you testes this amp on yourself? because he is recording directly through a pc or smth else using a mic. so that's not 100% what it originaly sounds like. but i guess you already know ;-)

Oh, I'm sure he has some little tricks going on here for recording. I have'nt played one myself. But about 2 weeks ago I watched a band play at a club and the guitarist was playing a Legacy. The only thing he was running was a little delay in the effects loop and a Tube Screamer in front of the amp to push the front end a little and it sounded great. I talked to him after the show and he said the only thing he did to the amp was bias it a little hotter to push the power tubes a little harder.

You know maybe he doesn't use any pedal in addition to his effect rack...

Morover I think , he plays really LOUD. LEgacy amps are sustainful even if gain in not to the max , and this grain come from a really loud volume I think. Try your own amp really loud and you'll see that your sound is not the same att all!
