Futhermore, Saudi Arabia is in an ever turbulent situation between its desire to solve internal economic and social issues that slow its progress towards the future and its core practices on the government and institutional levels that contradict those very objectives.

The Sandstorm scenario already happened after the first Gulf war in 1990 including the high debt, low oil prices and the economic and social disparity among the population which lead to the current internal unrest.

Therefore, it seems more effecient to have started the study from the current situation to where the possible scenarios would emerge , which was lacked in this study.
