LOL...I would say there is a big difference a musk hatchling would be smaller then your painted but like you mentioned they are happy now...I got a musk and mud yesterday they are smaller then a penny or about the same size I should say I have some vids up...I am gonna keep them in there till they grow then I will put them in the 30g long with my other turtle

Ya. I know the babies are that small, I just didn't know their big ones were that big. Aww... I bet those babies are cute. I think 1 of my musks (the 1 that died) was a musk/mud hybrid.

Yah that is odd I know time has past since the vid but did you even contact them and ask what happened? which is more odd is that they sent you the turtles in the little sack usually they are in the container that your westen painted came in...But in any case glad your turtles are well and they have a good home

Ya, well basically, they just lied about the size. They have babies for like $20.00 and adults for $7.00. I asked if there was much size difference, and they said no. So, I got the right turtles, they just were bigger than they were supposed to be. Ya, I don't think putting them in a sack is a good idea at all. Oh, well. They're safe now :)

that sucks that turtlesale sent you larger musk then you asked for..lol...alot of sites say under 4inches you cant sell but yet all the turtles are small...I got my ultra hypo res off kingsnake pretty good prices and you actually get to deal with the breeder today just got a 3-striped mud and stinkpot musk...hope the turtles are well? You getting anything else?

Ya, kinda weird, but ya. Sweet, those are pretty turtles. I just got am RES the other day. She might be a cumberland, but not sure.

Sweet. It get's pretty hot here in the summer, but it also can get cold here in the winter too. I kinda like the mid west cuz I like storms and stuff. We have a lot of tornadoes here.
