He was not a prime minister - he was member of the opossition party but in the time of this incident he wasnt member of any party. He critised his healtcare reform and Rath(the man that got slapped) insulted him in radio - he said that he has married only for money and that his wife is a bitch.

Rath got what he deserved. Insulting someone in media is coward too.
