Also its well documented that Vader lost, at minimum, his right hand in fighting Count Dooku so mixing with 2 obviously human hands is highly suspect.

You would also expect Vader to be able to mix by using the force with lightning bolts from the fingertips for effect, and he certainly wouldn't be mixing the theme music to the movie he appeared in.
