whats the point of writing a letter too yourself at the end as well as mailing it to yourself?

Very very powerful stuff. My doctor did the process and recommended it to me. I've been researching it and have only seen positive reviews from people that have done the process. Many of the things you said you deal with I find I deal with as well. I'm really looking forward to tackling these issues and have already begun to address them. The Hoffman Process is absolutely incredible. It's the best thing I've done for myself. Every graduate will agree. All the spiritual traditions tell us to live in the present, love thy neighbor etc. But we seem unable to do that. First we need to find out all the ways that we're not doing that and undo it. Then our spirituality comes alive!
