@thesimslover13 Well as far as I know your sim can only practise haircutting with the clients (that's why I suggest you keep the pricess low when you don't have skill :D). And in this one the business room is in the 2nd floor. It doesn't matter where it is on your lot if you have homebusiness.

How many creative skill mark things does that Sim have? I had a Sims that had 3 and she cut someone's hair and it turned out that it was all spiky. She didn't like it. I guess you have to practice to get good at it.

Yea my sim was during that time only a beginner that was probably her first customer. :D I think it's just when sim gets better he/she will do less mistakes. :o
