When I lived in Indiana, I worked at Speedway (a gas station) I got no breaks and no lunch and couldn't leave until my replacement showed up and wasn't even permitted to sit down without a doctors order. At a cleaning firm I technically got 15 minute break, 30 minute lunch, and 15 minute break which was automatically deducted from my time slot (unpaid) but never managed to actually have the time to take any of them.

This one hits close to home because I used to work as an inbound collections agent for various utility companies (I didn't make calls. I answered the phone and set up payment arrangements, took payment, etc.) This goes both ways.
