  • You've got a solid, strong weight "cage". It's obviously of a very good quality. My experience is that it's better to do as much as possible at home. At home I can exercise at any hour day or evening. Once, would you please make a video wherein you let us see your entire weight "cage". I have never seen a Smith machine with a low row pulley attachment. Thanks for sharing!
