Even for the autobahn, thats a little TOO FAST. Keep it at 100 mph, maybe on the less condensed areas you can go 130, but thats just putting yourself in harms way right there.

Not quite sure what you're on about... but the flashing green light is the indicator... if I'm not mistaken, in Germany they indicate the the inside to ask the person in front to move over and let you through.
