Did revelcraft treat the leather with vegetable oil or the acidic leather treatment stuff that they used to use way back when. If it is treated with the acidic stuff make sure you scrub the gun with cleaning oil real good and do NOT under any circumstances store your weapon in the holster or else there could be pitting. Find out Pete because it happened to my grandpas original colt government model nickel plated.

I kinda know what you mean about carrying being somewhat uncomfortable, and I think part of the reason I'm having a problem with it is because I'm trying to get away with using a shitty casual belt for it... Have you tried experimenting with different carry belts at all? I'd bet that a stiffer, thicker belt would solve some of those problems, but I havent gotten around to trying one out either, just wondering what your thoughts on the matter are...
