It's nice to see these characters get the love they deserve.

My favorites are also low/bottom tier as well being Yoshi, Kirby and Mewtwo.

It's really nice to see these characters get played. It's movies like these which prove that it's all player skill, no matter what, and if you like the character you can do anything with it.

it's a combo video. look at the stocks, bowser's usually the one losing the game. A combo video doesn't show off the true trends at all.

Maybe not a full-fledged meteor, but it does drop them if you do it right--kind of LIKE a meteor. Every time I tried to do it though, I killed myself, so ... it's not an easy thing to pull.

Well, the c-stick is amazing. It really helps. Also, don't forget to time it so that you interrupt his actual Fire Fox, and not the startup, so that you get knocked up and are able to survive.

Unfortunately, without a GC controller to my name anymore, I can't play Melee. I'm kind of ... forced into Brawl. Though, to be honest, Brawl is a bit simpler, which really helps me. I can't keep up with some of the more complicated fighters. My reflexes just aren't what they used to be.

Classic controllers are a little ... odd, at first, but once you reassign the buttons and stuff, it's really not that big a deal. Gamecube controllers, to be sure, were a lot easier to deal with, a little more accurate in terms of response, and were a lot more natural.

But I adapted--even though I was kinda forced to, since all the MadCatz wireless controllers were for crap. Still awaiting the day they make a Gamecube-adaptable controller plug-in for the Wii-mote.

you know, they still do make GC controllers, but the most recent ones I've seen are white (signifying it's for the Wii I guess) and have programmable turbo buttons (two buttons to either side of the start button) other than that, it's pretty much the same as a regular GC controller :D

Fighting games have this concept called "mixups". Basically, it means one option counters what your opponent does next, another option does not. Air dodging every time isn't going to magically solve your problems.

As it turns out, I didn't bother including any clips with the other side of the mixup. Oh well. Just enjoy the montage; it's not a full match.
