  • WOW good job! I wasn't even close to that good when i was a white belt.

  • Looks easy, but it's SO Hard

  • Great stamina & control!

    Don't hate, people.

  • @RatanaRin super pro*

  • Idc what belt she is but she's going super proun when she's older, she works hard, so sh deserves the bragging right. Lol

  • im 15 black belt tkd and i do it 82 sec but when i was 8 i think i couldnt understand what hold your leg mean

  • I do takwon do in england and yh she mabey a white belt but what kick was that?? i cant tell

if it was a front snap then she needed to pull her toes back

i dont want to sound moody just saying, i have really bad hips so i cant do it,

    =D

  • @tazmoose22 It was a roundhouse. Her foot's turned to the side.

  • Eevrybody is complaining about her belt. It only means that she didn't participate in any exams yet. She's training, and training hard probably. She's young and flexible. I hope she'll get very far, maybe even the olympics (that is, if she's willing to spar) or else as a performer promoting Taekwondo. She's got my vote for sure. You go girl !

  • the only impressive thing here is her age...They must be a U.S West Coast haha

  • Comment removed

  • esta chica tiene mucho estiraje :S

  • Alright!Point is,she holds her leg up in a side kick position for 62 seconds...

  • is..she..really a white..belt? impossible. she may..be higher..belt. no words..to say other than "unbelievable". if she..is really a beginner and she..can do..kicks..like those, Clap clap..clap. nice..kick..though

  • Nice ,but I see her struggling a bit she does better than me

  • Wow shes good.... I could do this when i was ten ;(

  • 27...28...29...40??? Someone can't count WTF XD

  • @RaiderDX he said 30 you fool.. cant u listen properly?

  • @joelvis65 lol you said it :D

  • She may be wearing a white belt, but she's probably really a black belt :)

  • @geetboxkarate someone already mentioned that she prob is a white belt in this TKD but took other marial arts training.

  • i am just going to say this...she might be a white belt in this tkd but she had to be in another martial art before this one...to be able to kick as well as she did

  • @tmakidd0703 yeah i would have to agree.

  • Wow!! That is so amazing for a white belt! Whoever thinks thats not anything impressive, they should try that themselves, I bet you they couldn't do it!

  • woooow every so often you get that one kid when u see as a white belt u just think to yourself "that is gonna be the most amazing black belt ever"

  • Wow. Not even my instructor could do that and hes a 4th degree black belt.

  • @Austin76711 Your instructor doesn't train for things like that.

  • @faro0485 I know but when I saw this I was pretty shoked if you know her tell her I said good job you will be a black belt in no time!

  • @Austin76711 You can do it easy. 3 hours a day training, morning, afternoon and evening. Put in a Ultrasound therapy machine to counter for the age wear and tear. Add a small ankle weight. On a wobble board. But I can't see it being good for anything other than Poomsae shows. And you'll for sure strengthen one side, the other side will get weak. And that's how injuries happen. And if you haven't gotten any sports first aid training... you shouldn't be doing TKD (IMO).

  • @Austin76711 the number of dans doesnt matter, this brilliant girl has both a combination of flexibilty and muscle which puts less strain on her ligaments from pulling down on her leg, as with ur instructor he might have less technique, not to mention he might be kinda old

  • She has amazing natural balance. It's a gift. My balance was terrible when I started Tang Soo Do seven months ago, now it's just awful!

  • This is amazing for white belt (:

  • My feelings said she've done it before joining XD

  • @axonrock99

nevermind i found it, Gabrielle, got off mommys computer and use what you learned in elementary school yesterday and be nice to others

  • @0lIKOedIl0 typo: *being 18 meant...

  • holy crap. thats endurance

  • wow this korean girl can sure kick my ass !!

  • @0lIKOedIl0 Btw you some old hag? Dont noe wat is short form??!!

  • @Axonrock99 YGS. Show us a video of you doing it- just as long as she held it and just as high as she held it. Challenge accepted? I thought so.

  • @Axonrock99 Actually, try holding a side-kick for as long as she did and after that, see if you can still pull off a round-house kick

  • @chibigrunt Well i dun post videos. So too bad.

  • @Axonrock99 You done post videos? Sorry, I don't understand shit-Grammar. Please rephrase before you come back with another retort.

  • @chibigrunt Well I guess ur a freakin dumb ass! :D I said I dont post videos you ass.

  • @Axonrock99 I'm pretty sure you said "I dun post videos". Grammatically, that makes no sense at all. I just disagreed with you. Why don't you call me more names and see if that helps you, you daft cunt :D.

  • @Axonrock99 Oh, by the way- a 12 year old trying to talk down on their elder- it doesn't really work out for you, does it? Jesus, this is like arguing with a freakin' baby. I guess I should watch my mouth, so let me rephrase my last words: "you daft pussy". I was a little annoyed, then I saw that you were 12 -_-'... that's sad.

  • @chibigrunt Sad to say you wont understand wat im goin to say cause ur a chao ang mo! :) Hey chi bai ur juz 18 its juz six yrs gap douche bag!! And Singapore standard is like better so juz shut ur chi bai chui! :D

  • @Axonrock99 Uh, chi bai means "cunt" or "vagina" Also, 1. I never said being 18 means I know everything about the world. I just said you're a baby :P. Stop trying to act like an adult just because you know some swear words 2. I didn't bring my country into this, so that's not really relevant, other than the fact, you're trying to put me down (not working, by the way :P). 3. 빌어먹을 지옥으로나 가 :) and 4. Let's see you try to do better in Taekwondo...

  • @chibigrunt I guess you juz do some sports taekwondo.... Some shit.. I didnt bring ur country in either.. Trying to act smart when ur not... Btw i wasnt acting like an adult its juz something ang mohs like u dun really noe. U cnbccsquareb... Ass holic shit. Well i love hokkien. Lol tats random.

  • @Axonrock99 I didn't say you brought in my country. I said I didn't bring in my country, so I don't know why you brought in yours to even try to put me down. You're mixing your language into your comments? Well, two can play that game. You are so... incredibly... entertaining. 아이고 미친놈! :D. I love Assassin's Creed. That's random, too :P. Get, it now?

  • @Axonrock99 there is no such thing as short form. look up any grammatical piece on the subject, or talk to an English Professor( I'm at college now and I just did) and there is no such thing as a short form for the word just.

  • @Randalthor993 FIne dan its called cyber language...

  • @0lIKOedIl0 Shut the hell up!! I wouldnt have said tat if i found it easy douche bag!!

  • she could outdo every student in my club

  • no way shes a white belt thet just put that belt on her i mean wah kinda of whitebelt has a mooto uniform on

  • Not pivoting is bad for everything: your knee, hip and back.

Everybody has to pivot even a little. WTF practitioners generally don't pivot as much for the roundkick because they predominately use switching speed kicks.

  • @khmer04sti true that! hahaha and i replied to say that your CAMBO like me :) hahahahaha

  • @khmer04sti its called double kicks

  • oh shit good girl

  • @ Jinglebearr...no...not pivoting is very bad for your hips.

  • that is awsome, that kid will become 1st gup in no time.

  • wow 0.0

  • the higher ur leg is the easier

  • pretty good last year there was a white belt in my class that did that too but it was only 60 seconds

  • She is good!

  • Where is this? what nation?

  • lets do that with a pivoted base foot..

  • @TheMiltonic007 BUT THEY DON'T PIVOT IN WTF, SILLY.

  • @jinglebearr very bad for the knee

  • @freemangsx Not pivoting is bad for the knee! You need to turn your hips and foot over or you risk hyper-extending the knee, SILLY!

  • Uhm.. I think it's called RUN HOUSE not ROUND HOUSE. And that's not right. You're supposed to twist your hips and your toes should be turned slightly to the side. No offense. BTW, I, myself is a white belt too.. :))

  • @KaraRodriguez no, it's called round house. i've also heard it called simply a round kick. and yes, you are supposed to twist your hips when you're trying to actually kick something, but i think for her purposes here her form is fine.

  • @KaraRodriguez In our TKD it's called a Round Kick. Every style has a different label on it.

  • Wow, well done!!

  • I can imagine the damage she does with that kick.

  • thats not a roundhouse her hips have to be turned over more and the toes should be pointed slightly down

  • Thats not a roundkick , that Dollyo chegi

  • @MegaDeadra dollyo chagi is the korean, round kick is the english. they're the same kick, just in different languages.

  • No way she is a white belt

  • yo i think shes trained in the past but she lost her remaining belts and or certificates

  • nice control you got

  • she must´nt be in white belt , she must go directly to red belt

  • AMaZing!...!

  • good...other leg

  • thats good i just started on march 29th it was fun and im gonna stick with it

  • whats the point doing that u dont do that in a fight cause when you are about to put your leg up your opponent knock u down already

  • Congratulations, this is a performance for your belt

  • @MrRazbean Sir this is a performance for three belts above her.

  • i dont think she was holding white belt....

  • @Jozsef86330 Join a taekwondo class :D Like me!

  • Comment removed

  • @Jozsef86330 do you know how hard that is? Lol

  • Comment removed

  • @Jozsef86330 i train 3 hours a day.. and i dont do this O.o, this is hard because u need ridiculous balance and muscle control to hold it up that long and that still..

  • @musicXpiano Maybe you should change your training.

  • @musicXpiano were not talking about me here im replying to your question because you obviously didnt know how hard that is :), in do time training pays up

  • AWESOME =D!

  • how do you join mteam?

  • holy crappppp!!!! 0.0

  • She is going to be awesome! Hopefully she will stick at it!

  • where is this? see i take WTF and like yea i did it for 4 years and i love it haha i study at Traditional Korean Martial Arts and im a black belt and i in the summer its gunna be 5 so i love it haha

  • There are many kindes of Taekwondo.

ITF is one of them, and it could take like 7-8-9-10 years to get the black belt.

In WTF you could get the black belt within 2-3 years.

  • @andrebsolum well i got my WTF black belt in 6 years, i think that's the supposed average...peace..

  • wheres ur gym located at?

  • theres no way i could do this.....

  • idol :)

  • She's a white belt and she held that kick in the air that long. That's really awesome.I use to take TSMMA.Hold kicks were pretty hard.Practice will make them way easy though.I was a high green belt, going on to red belt, but I had to leave so I didn't get it.I still remember what I was taught.I still practice it at home or where ever.I would practice with somebody, but I don't have another partner to spar with.My sister took it with me.I try to practice with her,but she be not wanting too.

  • @0lIKOedIl0 I agree with you.

  • its juz balance.... nothin amazing...

  • @Axonrock99 its not only balance, you actually need a lot of muscle in your upper thigh to pull this off, its not just balance, you try doing it and you'll see how painful it is

  • @SSasianChick Well I can do tat... Tats y i commented...

  • my only skill in taekwondo is I see thing as soon as they happen I counter alot I wish I can get a challenge because there is only one adult to go against me. Im twenty years old only a blue belt, but belts dont matter they are only for knowledge it matters more on the fighter i think because I have destroyed every black belt so far

  • Esa chica seria todo un éxito en los semáforos de la 9 de Julio..

  • I can do for longer but my leg really aches

  • I'm not very good at those high kicks, but do amazing turning kicks, and can hold them for about 5 minutes or longer. My grading examiner talked to me and gave me an A pass for the turning kicks I do :D Im yellow belt, grading on Tuesday to double green or single green, (hopefully single green!!)

  • she sure does that longer than i can, ive only got a yellow belt tho :P

  • I can do it for 1 whole day :D

  • Wrong kicking form

The standing leg/foot should be facing the other direction completely.

  • @muststayfresh if she did that her ankle would probably break its the right form plus shes 8 quit being a troll i bet she could kick your butt

  • @pdb942003 You obviously haven't done any type of martial arts, your just another kid that's behind a keyboard that's ignorant. I'm a 1st Dan Black Belt, 16 years old. Kukkiwon Certified.

  • AWESOME!

  • holy hell this kid's great!

  • @sweetbabynrs it improves her balance and makes her leg stronger

  • so she just hold her foot up for a minute? I agree that is difficult and takes good balance, but how does that make her good at tae kwondo? there isn't a whole lot of standing still, is there?

  • @sweetbabynrs

there are many holding positions in the forms later on; it also goes to show her power and balance. if you couldn't even hold up a round kick, I doubt you could do a successful jump-round kick in sparring.

  • @moosiksful ah, that makes sense.

  • WOAH thats amazing. I`m 1.Cup now and i can`t hold then paltung chagi so long... RESPECT!

  • wow!

  • how can be able to do this

  • @theuzumaki159 I turned Deputy I in one year and got breaking champion trophy.

  • Well dont really know if shes good. All we saw is that she can life her foot in the air for a long time. not being an ass though

  • @MyAccountFor18AndUp your right but man have you ever tried to hold a kick like that for longer than say 10 sec?

  • wow that means nothing absolutely nothing

  • thing is, her foot is supposed to be pointing back with her body slightly off to the side rather than facing forward....other wise its more of a side kick/front kick....

  • Shes so strong! how do you work on this?

  • Amazing!!!!!

  • very good :> you have a future in this sport ;)

  • wow! i cant even do that! thats not really saying much but u kno!

  • thats good

  • HOLY CRAP!!! i can only hold my kicks for 44 seconds

  • yeh she is aye

  • haiz... i envy those who started young..when ur bones and muscles are flexible :(

  • she deserves a black belt after that 0_0 i feel bad for whoever spars her 0_0

  • Awesome job Trina, I don't care what belt she is at 8 (EIGHT) This is awesome!!! Come on don't criticize, encourage she's a just a kid.

  • ok how do u put videos on

  • i had to do that i got 3 mins 42 sec but i was pupple back then and thts really good for that age and a white

  • yeah what else warrior..make a video of that

  • She started in August 2008 and it is now January 2010. So that's about 1 year and 5 months.

  • @MteamTKD did she duble grade cuz i am from norway and have being treaining teakwondo for 3 year and are only green belt and 3 stripes?

  • AMAZING :D possible national poomsae team member??

  • Yes! She's currently a Blue belt one stripe and is very good with Poomsae.

  • @MteamTKD a blue belt in 1 year??? wtf?? just handing out belts nowadays

  • @SuperDarkorbit100 If you train everyday for 3 hours, 1 year should get you to black belt! FYI, Team-M is an elite team so there is no such thing as handing out belts.

  • @anhsj82 Ive been doing it for a year and a half and i'm yellow belt...

  • @anhsj82 We only grade every 3 months though, maybe thats why

  • @MteamTKD May I ask, what is Poomsae?

  • @Dustybolt : Poomsae means Forms in Korean.

  • @MteamTKD Thanks x

  • No disrespect to you but 1) she a white belt, I have never seen any white, orange, yellow, green, blue or red belts even come close to anything like this 2) She's what 8, hello!!!! that's just like a 6 year old doing Trigonometry!!!!!

  • Do it with no wall is the point. Using a wall is easy. An to say it's not hard for anyone who has not developed the leg and oblique strength takes away from teh actually work and time a person (or this girl) put into doing it.

  • Dude that shit's uber impressive!

I wanna be able to do that.

  • WTF! (and i mean what the fuck)

  • after 10 i would be like forget it <_< lol

  • impressive but i it's not hard if u train hard, i can learn that by just training it for 2months

  • haha whooow! Go trina!

  • Fun little game, but what real purpose does it serve in martial arts? Good movie trick.

  • 1 second :)
