@ShiningBBar: is ur vid under blondebarrelracer? Or is that another team that went over the fence too? That's sooo crazy!!! At least the other horse had nearly perfect jumping form! It was bad enough I lost my seat when she turned on me suddenly.

YES! I agree, I understand that barrel horses are expected not to jump walls and fences, but in reality it comes down to them being ANIMALS. When it comes to flying back at a good speed and a short wall, it's just a disaster waiting to happen. I've been to a lot of barrel races and all arenas have had high proper gates. The walls are sooo low here.

Okay, this is the second time (and probably not the last time) that horses have jumped this fence. This place really shouldn't be holding barrel races; this facility is not suitable for a timed event and one of these days, it's going to get somebody killed.
