  • I was fortunate enough to see her in Arabella at the Met, but I love Renee Fleming's new version, there's more of an erotic charge to it, perhaps more akin to our modern sensibilities, but still what an incredible performance

  • I really like the production (I got the DVD), although she seems to be struggling a bit with her voice in some parts. She sounds as good as ever, though, so if she had a cold or something she covered it up pretty well.
