graphics - yes. gameplay - no thanks. gta was always a relaxed game whihc brought a lot of fun. with gta 4 they brought in realism and they overdone it. it became too realistic and no longer fun. if i want to drive car realisticly i cna go out and do so, i dont need to do it in a game.
