yes it is, these wherent in the regulair line of signature series, like a KH-2, it was a limited deal.
the one you refering to is a KH-2 vintage
that one can still be orderd, the relic how ever, that was limited to 100 copy's, but that KH-2 is probably the best guitar for what ever...ever xD but kind of pricey but than again.. they all are

compared with the KH-2 that hammett mainly has in use it is slightly heavyer, but it is not mega heavy, it's a dream to play in anyway

Wel that depends on what you want, if you have an idea what they have to build from scratch, it will take some time,
but the 'normal' custom shop whould take about 6 / 7 months?
maybe longer,
but the only way to find out, is to order one offcourse ;)

Nooo not this guitar, this was a custom order i got made, so a one of a kind,
but you right.. Any KH-4 kicks ass :D
IMO it is such a hot guitar
only sorry for the poor sound / picture quallity here
