corvette had shit traction while the 240 simply launched and never looked back. Good build on the 240 and good driving too... Corvetter man needs to learn how to do a proper burnout and launch correctly.

already have the ls1 and looking for which power-adder i want to throw on it. Procharger or a turbo. Hopefully i can find another 240 at a decent price. Thats really the only thing holding me back from continuing the build. Keep the videos coming guys it looks great.

I trap 123mph in the 1/4 with stock heads and an LS6 intake. Currently upgrading so I'm hoping for 126-128 mph in the spring.

@getalife04 Subaru's are always at a disadvantage against a 240sx. You are going to need alot more power than the 240 to overcome your +800lb weight difference and AWD problem.

@Kevin3935 AWD problem? Lol sorry no "problems" with AWD as long as you know how to launch it without bogging it down. And a 800lb weight difference? Sorry I am not sure where you get your facts but 2700lbs is about the average for the 240's and 03 WRX's like mine that runs 11's no weigh 3,200lbs with me in it. So still a weight difference but not that much. I am not bashing 240's they can be quick as fuck I just like WRX's better lol.

You have to modify the subframe a bit and beat out the tranny tunnel just a little. Fits in there better than in an F or Y body.

I think a Procharger would fit easily...Magnacharger will probably require a cowl hood, which is made for these cars.

@emokTheKid Didn't have to mod the frame, just beat in the firewall a bit and notch the subframe. But, Moroso has a new pan out that will probably eliminate the need for notching it at all.

Nice. What did you have to cut in order to get it to work? I can get a 240 for $1500. Would a supercharger fit under the hood? I saw a kit for LS1&2's from magnacharger.

Magnussen (sp?) makes a low profile supercharger that fit fine, even under a strut bar.

Nice to see the car in action. Cant wait to see how mine does with the MS4 cam.
