Okay, I listened to the whole thing, and it's (in my opinion) awful. I'm not hating on Lil Wayne or anything, but he could have done better. I'm a Beatles fan, but I could care less that Lil Wayne used it, I agree with AppleCorp3. The rapping is awesome, but together with the music it's awful. It's giving me a headache. :/
I found this a bit boring and repetitive and wished he'd incorporated more of the song. That being said, I think this type of thing is awesome. This doesn't harm the Beatles in anyway, in fact it only increases their status as legends. At the very least it gets someone interested in hearing the original after it's been sampled.
