what are you talking about? Youtube uses .swf format for ALL videos. It doesn't matter what format you upload it on youtube, you could upload movie.avi and it will be movie.swf after youtube processes it, it could be movie.flv movie.mp4 whatever you want. Just right click youtube videos and you will see the flash right click menu. Swf is the file exported by flash.

No. SWF is the player, the video format in SD is flv while the video format for HQ and HD is mp4 H264.

In Taiwan (and probably a lot of places in the water) they have these hot springs with SUPER hot water. But they always have this "ice pool" (with FREEZING cold water) nearby. That the thing to do, stay in the hot, jump into the cold (and stay a while) and then back to the hot. Tis excellent.

I take steaming hot showers so when I turned the handle the complete opposite way to cold I could only take like 5 seconds of it and i was like shaking and breathing really funny lol.

That is one thing I have noticed about I Power People. The other night there were five of us in a Vent group: An Atheist, and Agnostic, a Moslim, a Christian and a Jew.
