Henry is a hell of a guy, He's not homeless, he lives with his sister and he used to be a teach. Somewhere along the line he started drinking. The judge ordered him to do 6 months of jail or go for rehab for six weeks...Henry opted for the rehab because it was shorter. Henry got out...and was back in the detention center that night. Henry think's of it as his home believe it or not. He was supposed to have gone on Jimmy Kimmel...but Henry backed out at the last minute i think

No way should a person be arrested this many times.  Our capitalistic society allows so much to happen, and even though Henry Earl seems like an affable character and far from evil, the principle of letting guys free without rehabilitation to commit the same crime again is a crime in itself. We might as well free every prisoner at this rate.
