1mbps is insanely slow. that is the equivalent of 100kb/s. what cheapy D has is actually around 50-60mbps which translated to 4-5 MB/s

1 mbps and 1mb are diff, 1mbps is 1 megabit per sec, 1 megabit is 1/8 of a megabyte, so if u have a 8mbit connection its only 1mb per sec
