I can't get enough of Mario Lanza and especially this song! I am a man who weeps like a baby whenever I hear it - and I'm not ashamed to say it. I also love the "angelic chorus" in the background. What a fantastic tribute to your late father. I think about my late father all the time - he also loved Mario.

Hello, I think your tribute to your dear father is wonderful, what beautiful music , he had a very good taste in music. I only listened to one of your videos and saved it to my favorites now I have found more. I am grieving for my dear mother who is still in this world but suffering from Alzheimers disease I am told you grieve now through their suffering which I certainly am. Your music has lightened my heart. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I grew up in a home filled with the sounds of Mario Lanza. I didn't appreciate his talent at that time, being a child, but I heard his songs so often, eventually I learnt the lyrics and would stand in front of my dad and mime dramatically as the records played. He would laugh till he cried!!Sadly, when I was 18 yrs old, my dad died suddently at just 57 yrs but his memory comes alive when I hear Mario sing.

I want you to now that you couldn't have sent me anything any better than you did. He was and probably still is one of my favorite male singers. I have several favorite female singers, on is Renee Fleming, and the other one is Deanna Durbin. To bad she doesn't sing anymore, she had one of the most pure female voices I have ever heard. See I have a perfect ear for music.

Another lovely dedication to your Dad. Mario Lanza was a great favorite of my mother, and she was heartbroken when he died in 1959. His voice was beautiful and pure, but he hadn't the discipline to sing opera. I've also just noticed that ALL your videos are dedicated to your dad. My mother had the same effect on me, exposing me to beautiful music.

This is the first time that I had heard Mario sing this by himself, and, it's absolutely beautiful. I had heard the duet with him and Judith Raskin and it is beautiful also.

mario lanza was my dads favorate and this song was his favorate we played this for him as he was leving the church so thank you as it will always mean so much to me so thank you
