I know a easier way to fold the petals cause I make duct tape flower pens. All you have to do is cut piece about as long as your thumb. Then hold the tape on the sticky side up, landscape style. Take the top two corners and fold them down so that the top has a point. You don't have to do this though cause you have be more precise. It just takes more time.

@cutepolish98 that is the aqua color, and It is sold at either Staples or Target (Thats where i get it). Michales has it too. you can usually find it online if not in the store. If you cannot find this color, Electric Blue is a close match.

The secret that I have found for making the rose one shape, rather than the other, is the exact placement of each individual petal. If you stick the petal's to the straw or pen.. it will be tall. If you end up putting each petal slightly sticking to the bottom of the last, it fans out. A mixture of these... creates the prettiest rose imo.. and the most lifelike. Also.. round your petals by just clipping that top point off. :) Happy Crafting!

I just made another with 40 peddles, but I would recommend 45-55 peddles plus 3 or 4 stem colored peddles on the bottom of the flower.
