I've always had an interest in cryptozoology and I believe this video is authentic. What it is I'm not sure, but I pretty sure its not a hoax. My personal belief is that when the last ice age ended lake Van was connected to the sea. A species of whale that lived within lake Van became trapped as the waters receded. The whale theory comes about due to the beak-like nose. Any the species is probably small due to evolution and not sighted much due to the remoteness of the lake.

Also a liopleurodon genes could have been altered to such an extreme measure, that its natural body chemistry could have changed to better fit the world we know today.
