Man, I gotta start playing this game again. Believe me, the great soundtrack is only the tip of the iceberg...

It was a pain in the --- terraforming between regions, and managing road systems where Sims always took the shortest route (not necessarily the fastest). Fortunately, if you sniff around the Internet, you can find European SimCity fansites which have addons that can help fix these problems. They're not always reliable, though, so remember to save and back up your files!
