I've just watched the episode where Alex runs away to be with his Dad. The actor who plays Alex is Oliver Davis. When Alex's Mum finally finds him, he's changed into another actor called Dominic Janes. The two actors don't even look a like & yet Sam, Alex's Mum, didn't even notice that her Son's head had changed! How daft is that!

Found it, it's from 'The Greater Good'. I think he was supposed the say the letter education program but he said something like the bladder education program which makes it a funny mispronunciation of course. You can watch the scene in the clip on ALLKrules (at 4'14)
