what makes me cry most every time I here about these kinds of things, is that each case has an animal who has trusted humans before it´s horrible death. If we could translate short and simple what happens in their minds, is ´why?´ Even the biggest, gentle dog, would not show his teeth to the one hitting or kicking him,if it´s the person that it has learned to trust. They would take it and look sadly back, with that 3letter word shining from their eyes :´(
