not to join. you actually don't have to add real money to live a good life in sl. there are many ways to earn linden but I strongly suggest adding money every once and a while. keep in mind that you dont have to become premium for it to apear that you are premium on your profile, in fact you don't need to become premium unless you plan on owning a Sim (peice of land in sl).
