It's actually more difficult to start each chin up with your feet flat on the ground. You drop all momentum and get zero stretch reflex from your muscles. "Counted"? It sounds like you're in middle school, pal.

However as I said in previous comments the title claimed that it was 10 reps when in fact him returning to the stationary position ends the set. So when you "count" reps you cannot return to the starting position. Because I said counted you assume I am in middle school? How else do you say count things? I recorded 10 reps? Come on.And also if your muscles are constantly in a flexed state it makes a workout harder as well.
