I think the whole idea is that even while Jamaicans are working or going about their normal routines. Jamaicans are always dancing. You know even at the churches Jamaicans are dancing.
@nicolemarie310 actually she was watering the flowers... and flowers are very important to many jamaicans.. my grand mother used to ensure that her flowers are watered twice a day..
