Hi Tiffany! I am very curious about this foundation. I saw a video by Lisasz09 recently and she said she had issues with this foundation being too streaky on her face. Do you have the same problem with it?
@AmateurBeautyAddict no not at all. It's very unique- Feels very sheer, but has good coverage. The trick is not applying too much. Because it feels thin, people may apply too much and have issues blending it. But it's super simple to use and blend- Especially with any of the brushes I show in the video. I even love it with my beauty blender.
Tiffany, we have the exact same skin type. I have combination skin, and in the Summer it just gets worse. But during the winter, everything but my T zone, flakes and looks lighter than the rest of my face. Coincidence that Georgia weather is bi--polar? haha.
Can you do a makeup tutorial appropriate for me to wear around my family come Christmas time? My grandparents don't really like me wearing makeup do around them I like to go as natural as possible. Nothing to crazy color wise, I like beiges and browns and natural looks.... Got any ideas?? P.S. I love your videos Tiffany!!

I bet ever since you started talking about the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind stuff, their profits have gone wayyyy up! It definitely looks like a truly light foundation. thats excactly how the whether is where im at (louisville, KY) there is a snowbaording/ski place right over the bridge in indiana and they cant open because its to warm... lol.
isnt it bad though using a sponge just because the product dries on there and everytime you use it just picks up whatever you have on your face though?

I've been using the mabelline instant age rewind foundation and under eye concealer recommended from your favorites videos awhile ago. I must say these products are amazing and have worked really well for me also. I would never have tried it since I was always a department store foundation user and thought I would never like to use a drug store brand foundation on my skin. Goes to show you expensive is not always better. Big thank you!
i was almost certain you would use a good moisturizer, but no you didnt, was the primer providing enough or is it because of your oily skin that you didnt use a moisturizer?
@michellevc1 I mentioned at the beginning of the video that I used a moisturizer :) That is not part of my actual "foundation" routine because moisturizer shouldn't be applied right before foundation. Let it sink it at least 10 minutes. I put it on in the morning when I get out of the shower. As mentioned in the More Info section of the video, you can go to my blog as always and see a list of winter skin tips (moisturizer obviously included) and I list the moisturizers I use.

@schnauzergirl43 use a more yellow foundation :) That's my problem too. when you have a lot of pink in your skin and you want to neutralize it, use a yellow toned foundation (like NC shades in mac)

i use the age rewind concealer all over my face i tried it after you reviewed it and I'm in love <3 even benefit "industrial strength" concealer couldn't cover my dark spots and its like 4 times the price.
@BeccaBooLassen I've been a bare minerals user since 2005 and the sigma x brushes are AMAZING they feel sooo much softer on your skin than the ones bare minerals sells. They apply the makeup sooo much nicer. I would recommend the round top kabuki brush, out of the set of three ( the ones she showed in the video) it works the best.
You said that the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Foundation is sheer; do you know of a drugstore foundation for combination skin that has fuller coverage? I'm having the toughest time finding one that won't break me out but can still cover redness fairly well. :(

Hi Tiffany!! Why don't you set the undereye concealer with powder. I bought the concealer and it's amazing!! I usually use it on my cheeks too and it has a lot of coverage. I think I need to buy the foundation as well.

Random but friendly tip: You should really have your rings soldered together! The reason I say this is that over time, gold will start to wear down and you'll need to have more gold put into the ring...with them not being soldered together, that process happens faster because the rings are always moving on one another. Soldering helps with the longevity of the gold. =] If you got the warranties on those rings, soldering should be free (at least it is under the warranties my work has). =]
Thanks for suggesting a primer...I never use one but it might help with the dryness I've been having:D And because you sugested the age rewind concealer a while back I've been using it and its AWESOME. I've been eyeing the foundation I think I'll have to try it now that I've seen it in action:P

the under eye brightener is not heavy duty at all, i infact like it more than the concealer because it brightens your under eye area and it makes you look awake, you should def try it!
You have gorgeous eyebrows so I have to ask: One of my eyebrows is the exact shape I want it, but due to overplucking, my other eyebrow is much shorter and rounder than the other. I'm going to Broadway in January in NYC and I would really like for my eyebrows to be the same or similar looking. Any tips on how to get my other eyebrow looking perfect?

@BeccaBooLassen I've been a bare minerals user since 2005 and the sigma x brushes are AMAZING they feel sooo much softer on your skin than the ones bare minerals sells. They apply the makeup sooo much nicer. I would recommend the round top kabuki brush, out of the set of three ( the ones she showed in the video) it works the best.

You said that the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Foundation is sheer; do you know of a drugstore foundation for combination skin that has fuller coverage? I'm having the toughest time finding one that won't break me out but can still cover redness fairly well. :(

I recently got the Age Rewind concealer and am loving it. I use the Age Rewind brightener down my nose and under my highlight powder - TheBalm Mary Lou-Manizer, which is so beautiful!

I've heard quite a few people singing the praises of the Maybelline Age Rewind. Has it irritated your skin at all? I have really sensitive skin that tends to break out when I veer away from my normal MUFE HD Foundation.. even the Matte Velvet did so :( I'd like to give it a try though!

Hi Tiffany!! Why don't you set the undereye concealer with powder. I bought the concealer and it's amazing!! I usually use it on my cheeks too and it has a lot of coverage. I think I need to buy the foundation as well.

Random but friendly tip: You should really have your rings soldered together! The reason I say this is that over time, gold will start to wear down and you'll need to have more gold put into the ring...with them not being soldered together, that process happens faster because the rings are always moving on one another. Soldering helps with the longevity of the gold. =] If you got the warranties on those rings, soldering should be free (at least it is under the warranties my work has). =]

Thanks for suggesting a primer...I never use one but it might help with the dryness I've been having:D And because you sugested the age rewind concealer a while back I've been using it and its AWESOME. I've been eyeing the foundation I think I'll have to try it now that I've seen it in action:P

Tiffany, can you recommend a good department store brand foundation for winter? I don't like drugstore stuff, never had a good experience with any drugstore foundation. Thanks for posting this video, it's always so annoying when the weather changes and I'm baffled as to what different products to use...
Also I know you recommended Origins Vitazing in the summer..... would you say don't use it in the winter?

the under eye brightener is not heavy duty at all, i infact like it more than the concealer because it brightens your under eye area and it makes you look awake, you should def try it!

You have gorgeous eyebrows so I have to ask: One of my eyebrows is the exact shape I want it, but due to overplucking, my other eyebrow is much shorter and rounder than the other. I'm going to Broadway in January in NYC and I would really like for my eyebrows to be the same or similar looking. Any tips on how to get my other eyebrow looking perfect?
