I had an opportunity to compare PRS 505 and 600 for myself, and I should say that PRS-505 is mu-u-uch better. What a weird idea was to supply a reader with a touch-screen? Now the screen's reflection is just terrible, you can clearly see your own face whilst reading. The contrast is much poorer. You keep leaving your fingertips on the screen, as you need to touch it all the time. PRS-300 is very good for reading, but its screen is smaller by one inch.
Никак, эти форматы не поддерживаются. Без предварительной конвертации не обойтись. Самый удобный исходный формат - fb2. При помощи простой утилиты он моментально конвертируется в "родной" формат lrf.
Thank you for taking time to share. The speed is clearly noticeable. However, what is also noticeable is the fact that the prs-505 has a much clearer screen due to the lack of a touch screen.

symply* convert your pdf (or web pages, mangas...) in lrf file and your 505 will be quick enough...
*use 'Calibre' or 'Pdflrf"

600 = better because it's touch. :)

Как насчет чтения в дежавю или ворде? Нужна ли прошивка дополнительная?
