Svaka cast kralju!!!!! Well done man, nice to hear that muris's influence is spreading 'round the world, and bosnian music culture! Enjoy sevdah :D :D
@petrochemicals4u It is Greek. In Greek it is the Hitzaz scale. In arabic music which uses quarter
tones and fretless, stringed instruments like the oud,saz and turkish baglamas, the scales are called maqam. There are many minor, major and chromatic versions.Greek and Balkan music which is usually played on even-tempered instruments, the quarter tones are either raised or lowered to the nearest whole semi-tone.So yes,the music can be described as Oriental,or Greek.or Turkish,Bosnian and Arabic.
Amzing! Remides me very musc of the instrumental wedding-instrumental music that emerged in Bulgaria in the 70-ties, based on the folk structures, but using some jazz-rock instruments, arangements and influences. Really lively!
naa you can't brand any kind of music to be israeli or jewish... because their culture were/are scattered and mixed...and currently they are trying to mimic the arabic music...specially Aleppo music
but this is Arabic music...
you can say almost turkish and arabic music are the same
On this guitar there are two "no name" copies of Hotrails (which I think sound better than the original SHR-1). So these pick-ups are not from Seymour Duncan :)
it sure does sound oriental try listeing to some arab music, its very similar, and it owns, besides a particular kind of music isnt limited it one country, it aint like metal can only be British and not American or for that matter any other country
Nice chops, man! Hey, are your neck bridge pickups EMG SV's or something like that? Just a question because I'm looking for a warm, shred-like tone in my neck PU for my Stratocaster. Cheers, dude!
No words in our understandable language -- I've been trying to find them for an hour now -- can describe my analytic perspective of you, and why I believe you're at least the greatest guitarist I have ever experienced. ... And I'd been combining the aspects I like amongst them (yngwie, vai, satch, halen, lane, hendrix, so on and so forth), but you seem to master those aspects whether it be academically or autodidactism... I'm not saying you're better than them, I'm saying you embody that "is".
This guy is no Rusty Cooley. Hi is better. Forget the speed and focus on the expressions, the perfect vibratos and bends. This guy can play fast and he does, but he has control over what he plays and how he plays it. He is not about playing all these fast run that are "soul-dead". I hope you get what I mean.
I think he may be in the Andy Timmons kind of playing. Fantastic expressioin+speed when needed+dynamics... Just enjoy while it lasts.
it sounds like greek tsifteteli

It's hard to tell wather it's bosnian, persian, arabic or turkish... Fact is that it's combination...
The style was, or at least the scale it's playing over, was maybe developed, but for sure spread due to the Osmanian Empire..
