Thanks for posting this! Ron Paul is a great American, a term used so irreverently these days by many hack pundits to describe the candidates running for office.
I do not agree with every position he has taken, but by far,I do believe, that if elected, he would begin the process of bringing credibility back for the United States on the world stage.George W.Bush has come close to destroying the U.S.

CildLeftBehind, I've noticed that many who didn't even consider the Constitutional problems associated with ignoring the whole spirit of the Constitution, as reiterated in the 10th amendment, now have problems with Bush ignoring habeas corpus, etc. Isn't the bigger problem, that we've become a socialist democracy instead of the Constitutional Republic that everyone swears an oath to when they take office? That most of our political leaders start their careers with a disingenuous oath?

I don't agree that this Ron Paul is any different than the rest of the Christian fascists traitors in our government. Nothing about him is different than the corporate owned criminals we see in Washington. Ron Paul is a career politician and that makes him zero different than the rest of the fascist traitors.

Well, I agree that both the major political parties are owned, or "heavily influenced" by, in many cases, the very same corporations and interests. But in Washington, I don't think the lobbyists waste their breath trying to get Ron Paul to ever vote for something unconstitutional. He has a very unique reputation.

NotSoOldHippy. Do some research on Dr. Paul. His voting record backs up what he says and believes. Do I agree with everything he says, absolutely not. He is however not your average politican, rather a Stateman in the best terms. He has a sound monetary policy as well as great ideas about our foreign policy.
