the efficiency of peltier junctions is horrible, it's not worth it. People have been messing with these as cpu coolers and such for over 20 years, no success.

Can you tell me the specification for the Peltier Element? Guess how much Power and Current/ Voltage can this Peltier element produced. Thanks.
