Plastic frames usually don't have nose pads. The lenses make your eyes look teeny tiny. Do you know the power of the prescription? It looks like over -5. How bad is your vision without glasses?
You do not look strange in these glasses at all and you should wear them more often. I know this nose pads problem from one of my pairs especially when the weather is hot.
I am sure you can imagine how I am thinking about the 'contacts comment'. :-))

It looks okay, just wondering is it possible to get contacts for your eyes? It's too bad the glasses don't have nose pads :(
